STEM stands for:

The STEM Pipeline Network is part of a state-wide program designed to build connections among higher education, PreK-12, businesses, and non-profit agencies for the improvement of science, technology, engineering, and math education for both students and teachers.
Our Goals
The Network was created to:
- Increase the number of Berkshire students who participate in programs that support STEM careers
- Increase the number of qualified STEM educators
- Improve the STEM educational offerings in public and private schools
- Align with the Berkshire Compact for higher education
For students
Participate in cool programs like the Region I High School Science Fair, Region I Middle School Science Fair, or Robotics Camp. Learn about cool jobs at the Regional Career Fair.

For teachers
The Regional Science Resource Center provides supplies and resources for STEM-related programs. In addition, programs like the Upper Housatonic Valley Experience and NASA's STEM Program for Teachers provide knowledge and materials for creating engaging lesson plans.
