Vocational Schools Grant from the state. The deadline is April 10, 2013. The grant is to help schools to purchase equipment. The awards are up to $25,000 (without a match) or $100,000 with a 1:1 match. The guidelines and the application form will be on our teacher's webpage till the deadline has past.
Youth Environmental Summit: for students in grades 3-12 to gather for a day to share the findings of their science and environmental studies projects with other students through presentations and hands-on workshops. Bridging Engineering, Science, & Technology (BEST) for Elementary Educators will be hosting a professional developments session at MCLA on April 25, 2013 from 9:45-3:00.
