of the MCLA community over the past five years. Through the planning
process every division has developed, implemented, and evolved action
plans to foster academic excellence, increase enrollment and retention,
strengthen student life, and strengthen the College's financial

As we move into the next cycle of strategic planning, we have tremendous opportunities ahead of us to keep moving MCLA forward.
Throughout 2011, the MCLA Strategic Planning Task Force has been reflecting on the accomplishments, achievements, and progress realized through MCLA's strategic planning process, and working to identify the goals and stragies that will inform our next strategic plan and chart the course we will follow over the next cycle of planning.
