MCLA TO OFFER SPRING WORKSHOPS FOR CHAPTER 146 LICENSE RENEWAL

NORTH ADAMS, MASS. — Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) announces this spring it will offer a series of Chapter 146 license renewal workshops, designed for engineers and firemen who are licensed by the Commonwealth to operate boilers.

The workshops will run on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning on March 19 and ending on May 7.  The cost of each class is $110.

Led by instructor George Santucci, MCLA’s energy manager, this series of five workshops meets the required 30 hours of continuing education to maintain an active license. Anyone who is in need of license renewal this year or  in 2017 is encouraged to register at their earliest possible convenience, as these workshops typically are offered only once per year.
