MCLANET ID Account Management

Self Service for Users

These self service tools give you everything you need to manage your MCLA network account. With an MCLANET ID and password you have access to various computing services that MCLA has to offer. Computing services such as our computer labs, wireless network, dorm network and e-mail system all require a MCLANET ID and password. Please call the Helpdesk at (413)-662-5276 for assistance if you experience any problems with your MCLANET ID.

Click Here to activate a New MCLANET account | Activate your MCLANET ID and password. This tool will also enable you to register and download FirstClass (E-campus e-mail system).

Retrieve forgotten MCLANET ID | If you have activated your account but have forgotten your MCLANET ID number - use this tool.

Download an additional copy of FirstClass | If you have already activated your account but just need to download the FirstClass software you can do so here.

Reset a Lost Password | If you have forgotten your password to your account - you can reset it using this.

Change Your Password | You can use this tool to change your current MCLANET password.

Reset Your Challenge Questions | Change the Challenge Questions associated with your account here.
