Learn about creating, editing, and using templates. Explore how to manage document revisions and track changes. Students completing this workshop will be able to create formal business and personal documents. Excel I – July 1 & 8 CRN# 40212 An introduction to Microsoft's spreadsheet program. This course will introduce the power of Excel as a professional tool for creating and managing information. Learn proper techniques for entering and editing data, using formulas and functions, and creating graphs and charts for engaging presentations, financial management, and planning. Upon completion students will have hands-on experience in creating personal and professional budget sheets. Excel II – July 15 & 22 CRN# 40213 An in-depth look at Microsoft's spreadsheet program. This course will cover creating spreadsheets using advanced formatting techniques including, creating professional charts and graphs, 3D formulas, and multiple workbooks. Explore the process of creating spreadsheets and webpages, creating and modifying templates, and auditing existing spreadsheets. Students completing this course will be able to create an Excel workbook that will store written financial data across multiple worksheets in a manner that maximizes functionality.
