English/Communications at Mass College of Liberal Arts stresses the variety of hands-on experiences available to you. Students produce and staff the weekly campus newspaper, The Beacon, write for the department's annual literary magazine, Spires , produce programs for broadcasting on TV and radio outlets, and work on film projects using digital media.
