Dr. Deborah Foss, Professor

Dr. Foss received her Doctorate at the State University of New York at Albany and joined the MCLA faculty in 1987. She teaches Abnormal Psychology, Statistical & Research Methods in Psychology, Human Sexuality, Psychology of Women, and Psychological Testing. She has recently designed and offered a course in Forensic Psychology.

Dr. Foss research interests are in attributions of responsibility in coercive sexual behavior, and predictors of student satisfaction with their college experience. In the past, she has served as the chair of the Psychology Department and as president of the MCLA chapter of the Massachusetts State College Association.

Dr. Foss is currently in the department half-time while she serves as the Coordinator for Advising Services.
