The Professional Master of Business Administration Program
Costs:
$75 Application Fee
$250 Non-refundable deposit - Deposits will be applied against tuition invoice.
$350 per credit hour - $1,050 per 3 credit course
Financial Aid Application Requirements:
Students applying for financial aid for the Professional Master of Business Administration programs need to be aware of the following;
- All students must be formally accepted into a degree program to be eligible for financial aid.
- Students must be enrolled in at least 5 credits (half-time) during a term of study.
- Because graduate students already have attained a bachelors degree, they are only eligible for a Direct Student Loan.
The application process consists of the FAFSA and the Institutional Application for Financial Aid. Links are provided below.
Complete a Free Application for
Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or renewal FAFSA. The FAFSA is
available in November and can be completed and submitted on-line by
clicking on the above link after January 1st for processing. As you complete the form, follow
all instructions carefully and take the time to complete all sections
of the form accurately. Make sure you provide the correct FAFSA
school code (#002187) in the school section of the form. Remember, to
electronically sign your FAFSA you will need to have a PIN
Number. If you don't have a PIN, can also apply for a PIN by
clicking on the Pin Number link or the FAFSA link provided above. Finally,
remember to hit the submit button to submit your FAFSA.
Summer Programs -
Summer is considered a trailer for all programs. As a result, both the FAFSA and MCLA Institutional Application should be completed for the academic year just ending.
Click on the aid year to complete a MCLA 2012-2013 Institutional Application for Financial Aid. This application is for the Fall 2012, Spring 2013 terms and/or Summer 2013.

If you are selected for a process called Verification, additional
documents such as signed copies of your Federal Tax Forms will be needed
to verify the accuracy of your input. The following is a listing of
some of the forms you may be asked to submit. These forms are for the Fall
2011 and Spring 2012 Academic year and may be downloaded and mailed
or faxed (413-662-5105) to the Financial Aid Office to complete your
file.
