Disbursement Information

Refunds that result from an excess in financial aid are disbursed to students matriculated into the Fast Track Program after the add/drop period of the last class in a term.  For example, if you are enrolled in one 3 credit class from September until October and another 3 credit class from October to December, your refund will not be disbursed until approximately November 22 for the fall semester.   This results from the necessity to verify enrollment and attendance for all classes for which you are registered.   Please contact the College's Student Accounts Office for if more information is needed concerning financial aid refunds.

*Please note, Special Circumstance Requests due to a loss of job will  not be reviewed until late July.  This allows the College to base it's decision on at least 6 months of actual earnings.  Other requests will be considered as they are received.
