About Me

Born in the Kokiri Forest, Mike was trained in the ways of programming by the Deku Tree, back in the days of the Old Republic. While fumbling with the Ocarina, Mike became more proficient with the guitar. Later in life, this weapon saved his life on more than one occasion during his stay in Silvermoon City, where he studied under Master Yoda. He then traveled with his childhood friend, Saria, to New Hampshire, where he earned many degrees, ending with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.

After graduating, Mike taught for a brief time at the Castle Anthrax, near Summoner’s Rift, which he described as a 5 by 5 experience. Shortly thereafter, he and his best friend, Dr. Horrible, booked passage on a boat called Serenity. On this voyage, he met the replicators and the Borg, and these experiences, more than any, taught him about advanced techniques in robotics.

Mike is currently teaching Computer Science at MCLA, and offers courses in Java, Robotics, and Digital Circuit Design.
