Re-Admission to MCLA

Former MCLA students who have withdrawn from the degree program are invited to apply for readmission for fall or spring term.

How do I start the readmission process?

Submit the regular MCLA admission application form, checking the re-admit box under "applicant type".

Send official transcripts for all coursework attempted after leaving MCLA.

Is there an application deadline?

We are on rolling admission but recommend December 1st for spring semester and March 1st for fall semester.

What is the process, once my application is received?

Students who left on academic suspension or probation will be asked to submit a written response to specific readmission questions.

If additional coursework has been attempted an official transcript must be submitted.

Decisions are mailed on a rolling basis, once all required materials have arrived.

When should I apply for financial aid?

Students applying for spring semester must submit the FAFSA and the MCLA Institutional Aid application by December 1st.

Students seeking readmission for fall semester must submit the documents above by March 1 or as soon as possible.

Please note, current student loans may be deferrable once you return to active student status.
