Additional Scholarship Opportunities
The following is a list of MCLA scholarships offered based on a student's intended major, residency, or academic achievements. Please note these awards are subject to available funds. You may also want to check out these non-MCLA scholarships.
Thomas & Susan Aceto Scholarship: Awarded to an entering
freshman who is eligible for financial aid and is a resident of New
York. Student must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.5.
Berkshire County Greylock Scholarship: Awarded to an incoming freshman from Berkshire County, MA.
Bernadette Marie Foley '28 Scholarship: Awarded to an
entering freshman with a high school GPA of B+ or better. Scholarship
is renewable with a GPA of 3.0. This scholarship is awarded to a
student intending to teach at the elementary school level.
Alan Larese Memorial Scholarship: Awarded to a freshman
entering the College as a Computer Science or Business Administration
major. The student must also have demonstrated extracurricular, civic,
or volunteer involvement.
MCLA Foundation Inc. Scholarship: Awarded to incoming freshmen from Berkshire County, MA.
Northern Berkshire Economic Development Corporation Scholarship: Awarded to an academically gifted entering freshman from Northern Berkshire County, MA with a minimum high school GPA of 3.0.
Donald A. Thurston Communications Scholarship: Awarded to an
entering freshman interested in pursuing a career in communications
and/or new technologies with a minimum high school GPA of 3.0 or
better.
Jane Ruth White Scholarship: Awarded once every four years to an entering female non-traditional student. Scholarship is renewable with a GPA of 2.5.
John Morrison White Scholarship: Awarded once every four
years to an entering freshman that is a graduate of a Northern
Berkshire County High School and posses strong academic merit.
Florence Wineberg Residence Scholarship: Awarded to an
entering Berkshire County student who would like to live on campus. The
scholarship is applied to room and board for one year.
