Transfer Scholarships

Priority deadline for MCLA Transfer Scholarships:  February 1st

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship:  Awarded to incoming students inducted into Phi Theta Kappa*, who have completed their associate's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.  Renewable for up to four semesters by maintaining a GPA of 3.3 for full-time enrollment at MCLA.

* Students must submit proof of their induction to Phi Theta Kappa to be considered for this scholarship.

Presidential Transfer Scholarship:  Awarded to incoming residential* students that have or will have earned an associate's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.  Renewable for up to four semesters by maintaining a GPA of 3.3 for full-time enrollment at MCLA.

* Students must live on campus to qualify for this scholarship.

Students are only eligible for ONE of the above scholarships.

Scholarships are subject to availability of funds at the time of admission.

Mass Transfer Program: Transfer students participating in the Massachusetts Transfer Program may be eligible for a 1/3 reduction in tuition. To be eligible, students must have achieved a 3.0 grade point average, an earned Associate's degree in an approved program, and verification from their community college. The Mass Transfer reduction  is renewable for up to two years.
