Support MCLA

Our success is due in large part to the efforts of alumni and friends who continue to enhance our institution in innumerable ways. We take great pride in our ability to offer a quality, inexpensive higher education experience. There are many ways to contribute to this mission. Whether you wish to donate to the Annual Fund of which 100% of the dollars go to student financial aid, support a specific scholarship, memorialize a loved one, remember us in your will, or give to a special project, your gifts will be greatly appreciated. We honor and acknowledge our valued supporters by designating your gifts to the areas most important to you.

All gifts to the Annual Fund support student financial aid. MCLA's annual giving program includes gifts made by alumni, parents, and friends of the College. The MCLA fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. Giving to the Annual Fund is the most direct way to support MCLA. All gifts are appreciated...what is most important is participation. Every gift to the Annual Fund is a "vote" in support of MCLA.

There are many types of planned giving opportunities one can choose in making a gift to MCLA.  It is as simple as naming the College in your will or creating a Charitable Remainder Trust.  Through a bequest to MCLA, you can give a gift that fits your financial and philanthropic goals--and that you can be proud of giving for years to come.  Including a gift in your will is one of the easiest ways to ensure that our services continue into the future.  For more information, please contact the Advancement Office at (413) 662-5224.

 

Scholarships 

Numerous students who would otherwise be unable to afford college have been able to achieve their dreams thanks to the generosity of many individuals. In addition to financial aid, the College currently awards nearly 100 scholarships to talented and deserving students - and the list of scholarships continues to grow. The awards were established by alumni and friends of the institution. For a sample listing visit the Financial Aid website. The Major Gift Initiative

The Major Gift Initiative is the College's largest fundraising initiative to date. All gifts made between July 1, 2006 and June 30, 2011 support this effort. The Bench Program
