A Conference for Teachers,
Technology Coordinators, and Administrators
The first annual
conference held on April 28 and 29th was a great success.
Technology educators from across the Berkshires
came together to share ideas and pool
resources. By learning about the kinds of projects and teaching ideas
already underway and by getting to know one another, we have begun to to
collaborate on curriculum-related projects and grants.

Friday Afternoon Panel Discussion Session 1:
This panel brought
together educators involved in the
Berkshires
Wireless Laptop Initiative and
facilitated by Matt Mervis. Each panelist shared a little about what
they are currently doing with the laptops in the classroom and then
conference attendees could ask questions of the panel.
Teachers from Conte Middle School lead informal discussions and
presentations about
teaching in their
1 to 1 Laptop Classrooms.
