Continuing Education Units (CEU)

Continuing Education Unit: An Early childhood continuing Education Unit (CEU) is recognition for participation in a post-secondary early childhood learning program designed for staff at early education and care programs. One CEU is granted for 10 contact hours. The EEC will accept CEUs issued by the following organizations/institutions that are accredited colleges or universities.

MCLA, as an accredited college, is able to endorse courses and workshops for CEUs.  We currently partner with several early childhood partners including the Preschool Enrichment Team and the Educational Collaborative.
