Human Relations Generalist Certification

The HR Generalist Certification is a collaborative offering between MCLA and the Employers' Association of the North East  (EANE) with professional HR consultants providing the instruction on the MCLA campus.  It is designed to build skills and knowledge in the Human Resource core competencies:

• Functional, Management
• Leadership
• Personal Attributes

The selected modules help those aspiring to be human resource professionals to meet personal and professional goals. The series is geared towards the HR professional who has mastered the basics of the HR functions but wants more training in the traditional HR business areas:

When you complete this 45-hour  program you will receive a certificate of completion from EANE and MCLA, proof of your advanced level of professional competence, knowledge and credibility.
