The Center offers Basic Skill Classes, coordinates the Tutor Exchange Network (TEN), offers the Individual Enrichment Program (IEP), coordinates services and accommodations for students with disabilities, coordinates the Writing and Research Center, and offers classes in Adult Basic Education, English as a second language and basic technology for Northern Berkshire adults seeking a GED.
