"MCLA provides a practical education that challenges students to develop themselves as thinkers, readers, writers, communicators, and problem solvers. Moreover, the MCLA liberal education prepares students for personal and professional success, helping students to comprehend the world and make informed self-directed decisions, preparing them for lives of civic responsibility."

The Susan B. Anthony Women's Center is located on the third floor of the Amsler Campus Center, in rooms 322 and 323. Above you see our bulletin board between our two rooms, which is constantly collecting new newsletters and posters

Stepping inside room 322, you will find our office, open during the day every weekday. Here we write the Women's Center Newsletter, plan our events and house information about the Women's Studies minor.

Nell

This is Nell, our mascot. She is one resilient plant that has been with us for years. She is called Nell after our namesake, Susan Brownell Anthony.

323

Stepping into room 323, one will find an array of books on Women's Studies topics that are available to all students, as well as displayed student work and comfortable couches and chairs. Students may not realize that whenever the Susan B. Anthony Women's Center is open, they may use this room to study, read or just relax. Please visit us!
