The Susan B. Anthony Women's Center
The Susan B. Anthony Women's Center serves as a resource for the College and the community by providing educational programs, service projects, and community outreach. We have a small lending library with academic books on women's rights, statistics, and inspiring women, which you may use for research projects or presentations. We also support the Women's Studies Minor in a number of ways, including support for Women's Studies curriculum development, course advising, and annual celebration of our students' achievements.

At our Gender Equity Bake Sale, prices are adjusted to reflect the gender-based wage gap.
During 2008/2009, we celebrated Women at MCLA with the 15th anniversary of the Susan B. Anthony Women's Center and the 20th anniversary of the Women's Studies Minor.

Nell is our mascot. She is a resilient plant and has been with us for many many years. Nell is named after our namesake, Susan Brownell Anthony.
