The Long and Winding Road Toward Parity

It's a hard truth that continues to persist: women are still paid less than their male counterparts for doing the same job. 

A panel of five women will share their personal stories during the discussion, "Gender Pay Gap: The Long and Winding Road Toward Parity," at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6 in Murdock 218. 

The free and public event, is organized by the Bennington, Vt. branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW). The panelists include AnnMarie Duchon, Margaret Howland, Gudrun Hutchins, Judy Murphy, and Lea Newman. The moderator is Julie Mackaman, the AAUW Bennington branch president.
