"With the Art major you are not just drawing pretty pictures but rather honing your skills as an artist, discussing art and art theory, exploring the past and present at the Clark, DownStreet Art, or MASS MoCA. You have the opportunity at MCLA to really get immersed in the world of art. I have also been fortunate enough to earn a fellowship award that sent me and a group of students to Venice, Italy for the Venice Biennial World Art Exhibition. That trip gave me a new perspective on art; maybe I'll get to exhibit there someday." Ben Warren '11
