Film Studies

Prof. Bishoff and film students review and discuss film clips during his recent course in the films of Alfred Hitchcock.

Making movies allows us to combine every artistic and technical proficiency we can command, and consequently the art of film has attracted some the best creative talents of the twentieth century.

MCLA has made the study of film an integral part of the English/Communications major for over twenty years with a concentration in film studies which is structured by the following courses:
