MCLA's education faculty members are leaders in their field. Representing a range of expertise - including curriculum theory, instruction, social justice, instructional technology, language acquisition, global education, administration, peer harassment, gender equity, educational ethics, children's literature and the teaching of tolerance - these faculty have made real and long-standing contributions to education, both regionally and throughout the U.S. and world. Because class sizes are small, education students receive individualized attention and support from these faculty mentors.

Thanks to the Evelyn H. and Arlindo Jorge Visiting Professorship in Education, an endowed chair that exists in perpetuity, our faculty will be supported by a visiting professorship that will bring a range of education experts to campus.
