The Office of Student Development is responsible for scheduling non-academic spaces on campus. If you need to reserve a room for a meeting or activity, you should complete an Event Scheduling Form and submit it to the Office of Student Development. Due to the high demand for meeting and activity space on campus, you are encouraged to submit your reservation as early as possible, but no later than two weeks prior to the event. If your request is approved, you will receive written notification from the Office of Student Development. If you need to reserve a specific room or facility that is not scheduled by the Office of Student Development, you will be referred to the appropriate party at the time of your initial inquiry.
