The Readiness Center offers a New Teacher Induction Program which provides a series of training modules to new teachers employed by districts throughout Berkshire County.  Participants who complete ten sessions receive a certificate that documents their completion of an induction program.  In 2012-13, a core of 39 mentors from 12 districts throughout the county was trained to support new staff.
