Student Program Coordinator Positions: The MCLA Volunteer Center offers students many paid leadership opportunities. Student employees envision and coordinate programs and annual events, and serve as a bridge between the student population, the college's administration, and the broader North Adams community. These positions offer professional experience in leading, managing, recruiting, training, organizing, communication, and many other transferable skills, as well as a great way to work alongside MCLA staff.
Steve Green Community Engagement Scholar: One opportunity, the Steve Green Scholar, allows an MCLA junior or senior to engage in a community service project. Each Steve Green Scholar's efforts reflect and honor the many years of community leadership and service provided by Professor Emeritus Steve Green and his wife, Sue Walker.

Internships: Through our on and off campus work, the MCLA Volunteer Center provides potential paid and non-paid internship positions. These positions aid in supporting and furthering community initiatives.
