Ellen Barber, Associate Professor in the Education Department is a certified school administrator and supervisor. She served on New York State review teams and participated in research on peer harassment in schools and gender equity. Dr. Barber also participated in Professional Development Schools on issues related to ethics in school administration. She is currently the Chair of the Education Department and Director of the Leadership Academy. In addition she teaches graduate courses on gender equity, educational administration and action research.
