About Me

In my teaching I try to be flexible, open minded and entertaining but I do expect effort and greatness from my students. I incorporate many different learning styles in an effort to educate the masses. We all learn differently and in my opinion the more I can teach to everyone the better experience we all can have.

Description of Special Projects/Activities

17 years as a Clinical Nutrition at Canyon Ranch educating on Integrative and Functional Medicine.

Time spent educating nutrition at Mountainside Treatment Center working with men and women on post substance abuse and recovery.

Currently working, educating individuals and families in regards to nutrition at Community Health Programs and CHP Berkshire Pediatrics.

Research/Creative Interests

My current interest and creative outputs fall in the areas of wellness, mindfulness, fitness and daily nutrition. Pediatric Nutrition, Disorder Eating, Weight Management, Sports Nutrition, Pre-Natal Nutrition, Food Allergies/Sensitivities, Digestive Wellness, Immune Health, Inflammation.
