We are responsible for managing all aspects of academic record keeping for Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, for both graduate and undergraduate students, including, but not limited to, registering for classes, transcript requests, enrollment verifications, major/minor changes, veteran status and support, degree evaluations, transfer course equivalencies, graduation and awarding degrees.
Deborah Currie, Interim Registrar

Lisa has been with the College since 1984. She is responsible for all aspects of curriculum management including the implementation and upkeep of Degree Works, organization and implementation of governance documents, and sits on the Curriculum Committee. Jennifer Meaney, Clerk
Jenn has been with the College since 2012. She is responsible for student record additions and changes (uploading and inputting credits for CBA, Independent Study, Off Campus Study, Teaching Assistantship, Waivers), evaluating and assigning transfer credit, classroom requests, enrollment verification's, and general office duties. Wendy Guerra, Study Away and Completion Planning Advisor
Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in education and child study from Smith College. She joined MCLA in 2005 as coordinator of the TRIO program and later served as an academic advisor to undeclared students. Wendy is currently responsible for advising students related to study away planning, academic program completion, and academic activities to assist students in making decisions concerning educational goals leading to an MCLA degree.
