Dr. Elizabeth Fiscella

Profile

I am a passionate nursing educator whose mantra is, "Making a lasting impact one nursing student at a time." I have many years of classroom, clinical and on-line experience, particularly with pre-licensure RN students and RN-BSN students. Although my clinical expertise and research focuses on improving the nursing care of older adult in both acute and long-term care settings, I have a greatly varied background including community health, nursing informatics and hospice care.

As the founding Associate Dean of Nursing of the first BSN program in the Berkshires at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA), I bring along my passion for educating our future nurses to meet the ever-changing needs of our rural communities.
