About Me

Before joining MCLA, Tara served as the Chief Operating Officer for Tarm Tax services, where she managed tax compliance issues for individuals and businesses. She specializes in Taxation and holds a Florida CPA license and is an Enrolled Agent with the Department of Treasury. She has worked with Prometrics as a Tax Subject Matters Expert and served as the Audit Chair and Assistant Treasurer for Landmark Credit Union for over 12 years.
Tara is the Coordinator of MCLA’s Entrepreneur Minor, treasurer for the college’s chapter of Delta Mu Delta, and serves on the MBA and Undergraduate Advisory Boards. In addition, she is the site coordinator and supervises the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA).

Tara serves on the Academic and Career Advisory Board for the Mass Society of CPAs, the Academic Policies, Curriculum Committee, and the Core Revision team at MCLA.
