About Me

Before joining MCLA in 2016, I served as the Chief Operating Officer for Tarm Tax services, where I managed tax compliance issues for individuals and businesses. My specialization is in Taxation; and in addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) I am an Enrolled Agent with the Department of Treasury.

Furthermore, my professional experience includes working with Prometrics as a Tax Subject Matters Expert creating content for the Special Enrollment Examination. Additionally, I served as the Audit Chair and Assistant Treasurer for Landmark Credit Union for over 12 years. Currently I serve on the MCLA foundation and Chair the Audit and Finance Committee. I also serve on the Academic and Career Advisory Board for the Mass Society of CPAs and the MCLA Curriculum Committee.

I have been honored to be recognized as the 2020 Massachusetts Society of CPAs’ Outstanding Educator of the Year Award. In 2021 I received the MCLA Faculty Association’s JR. Faculty Award.

I also serve as the Coordinator of MCLA’s Entrepreneur Minor, treasurer for the college’s chapter of Delta Mu Delta, on both the MBA and Undergraduate Advisory Boards, coordinator of the On-campus Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA), and the academic advisor to the Accounting Club.
