MCLA welcomes high school counselors, teachers, students, and community based organizations to visit our campus. 

General Group Tour Guidelines

  • Complete and Submit our Group Tour Request form.
  • Please review MCLA's visitor mask policy above.
  • Request must be submitted at least 2 week prior to visit.
  • While we do not have a a maximum number of visitors, we ask that for every 10 students, there is one chaperone.
  • We are only able to accommodate one group per day, so please provide an alternative date.
  • Any changes to a group tour request must be made by email to Judy Roy at admissions@mcla.edu within 5 business days of scheduled visit.
  • Cancellations must be communicated with the Office of Admission at least 2 days prior to visit.
  • If your group is experiencing traffic delays, please notify Judy Roy at admissions@mcla.edu or (413) 662-5410. If more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to alter the program.
  • Tours are not available on weekends or holidays when MCLA is closed. We also may not be able to accommodate group visits during busy periods, such as school vacation weeks or during large campus events.
