About Me
Amanda Tobin is a practicing museum educator working at the nexus of arts and social
justice education. She is currently the K-12 Education Manager at MASS MoCA, where
she has developed school engagement programs for area partner schools since 2014.
Her previous work in engaging young audiences with the arts includes experience at
the Boston Children's Museum, the Peabody Essex Museum, and the Museum of Fine Arts,
Boston. Amanda holds a B.A. in Art History and East Asian Studies from Oberlin College
and an M.Ed. in Arts in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
