Yes, there’s someone here who shares your interests. And yes—there are plenty of people here who can help you become the leader you are meant to be.
If you’re like most MCLA students, you’ll want to be involved in multiple clubs and activities. We have over 50—and if you don’t see anything that suits you, it’s easy to start your own.
MCLA’s Student Affairs staff encourages our students to lead lives that balance academics, critical thinking, activism, volunteerism, leadership, and more. We’re also here for you as you find your voice in our community—come visit us on the third floor of the Amsler Campus Center!
Be the voice of the student body by running for a position on our Student Government Association. Meet routinely with College staff, faculty, and administrators to voice student concerns and advocate for change.
The Multicultural Education Resource Center encourages cross-cultural relations, student empowerment, and leadership. Learn how you can get involved.
The Gender & Sexuality Center or GSC serves as a safe space for queer and women students to cultivate community, learn, and grow together. Our programs foster growth, community building, advocacy, empowerment, and so much more. Our spaces also include a variety of resources, including the Gender & Sexuality Library, a variety of informational resources, the Affirmation Closet, and mentorship, work study, and internship opportunities.
25 years strong, this conference will help you enhance the critical skills you need to be a leader in the classroom and in your life.

If so, you’re in luck—thanks to the hard work of MCLA students, there’s now a Model UN club on campus.
